PICANTE faced issues within their account set-up that was impacting engagement and performance.
There were 3 areas we looked to focus upon and improve:
1. Email Deliverability
2. Ineffective Foundational Flows
3. Unoptimised Email List

(2) Strategy
Our plan for our campaign approach consisted of 4 areas of improvement:
- Cleaned and segmented the email list to boost deliverability and refine targeting.
- Revamped foundational flows and the sign-up form to align with the brand and drive better performance.
- Added triggers for timely, relevant emails that increased engagement and conversions.
- Managed campaigns for key periods: Summer Sale, BFCM, and Winter Sale.
