Our plan for our campaign approach consisted of 4 areas of improvement: 

  • Cleaned and segmented the email list to boost deliverability and refine targeting.
  • Revamped foundational flows and the sign-up form to align with the brand and drive better performance.
  • Added triggers for timely, relevant emails that increased engagement and conversions. 
  • Managed campaigns for key periods: Summer Sale, BFCM, and Winter Sale.
