Our plan for our campaign approach consisted of 4 outlined strategies:
- Set up subscription retention flows targeting each stage of the subscription journey with tailored messaging to nurture engagement.
- Implemented an upgrade messaging strategy to promote product bundles and encourage higher-value subscriptions.
- Launched an upcoming orders flow to give subscription customers full flexibility to manage their subscriptions, reducing churn.
- Activated Recharge’s winback feature to target cancellations, offering tailored offers to drive reactivations.
