Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  2. Campaign Management and Execution:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, paid media, content) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
    • Lead quarterly strategy kick-offs and ensure all campaigns align with the strategic direction set forth.
    • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaboration and Support:
    • Collaborate with the Account Director and other team members to ensure cohesive project management.
    • Support the development and implementation of best practices and processes.

KPIs:

  1. Client Satisfaction and Retention Rates:
    • Monitor and improve client satisfaction and retention metrics.
  2. Campaign Performance Metrics:
    • Track the success of marketing campaigns against defined objectives and KPIs.
  3. Timeliness and Quality of Campaign Delivery:
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  4. Collaboration and Team Support:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of collaboration and support provided to the team.

SOPs:

  1. Weekly Client Check-Ins and Status Updates:
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign progress and address any issues.
  2. Monthly Performance Reporting:
    • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  3. Project Timeline Management:
    • Maintain and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Collaboration and Mentoring Sessions:
    • Participate in team meetings and support mentoring of junior team members.

    • Knowledge of Meta, Google, social media, email marketing, content marketing and SEO.

We work with ambitious DTC and subscription-based brands across fashion, beauty, wellness, and FMCG, and we’re known for our ability to fuse creative and performance into campaigns that scale.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Performance Content Executive to support the agency’s performance creative initiatives. This role is all about delivering high-impact performance content for paid social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation, video scripting, and editing user-generated content (UGC) as well as having an analytical approach to in-platform performance.

Responsibilities:

Performance Content & Strategy

  • Develop and manage content plans that support performance creative across paid and organic social channels.
  • Coordinate content plans with internal teams and paid media managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Script, shoot and edit engaging video content, especially user-generated style (UGC) content using software such as Capcut.
  • Tailor creative output based on insights and data provided by the Paid Social and Strategy teams.
  • Support the wider creative team in identifying, sourcing, negotiating with, and managing creators, models, and/or their agents.

Community & Organic Social Support

  • Collaborate on and execute organic social media strategies for both clients and the agency.
  • Assist with community management, including responding to audience engagement, managing inboxes and comments, and spotting content opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest ideas for improving community engagement across platforms.

Agency Marketing Support

  • Support Hello Earth’s own marketing efforts across social channels, email, content, and other formats.
  • Help with planning and creating content for thought leadership, case studies, team features, and B Corp messaging.
  • Work closely with the operations team to elevate Hello Earth’s brand presence online.

Client Relationships & Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met through strategic content and community efforts.
  • Work closely with strategists, media buyers, and internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Take responsibility for assigned accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

KPIs:

  1. Quality, innovation, and timeliness of content and community management deliverables.
  2. Engagement growth and response times on organic social.
  3. Client satisfaction and performance feedback.
  4. Successful contribution to Hello Earth’s brand growth (metrics to be defined in collaboration with leadership).

SOPs:

  1. Standardised content planning, shooting, and editing processes.
  2. Community management response protocol and escalation system.
  3. Monthly planning and reporting structure for Hello Earth’s own marketing activity.

Characteristics:

  1. Experience with short-form video creation, scripting, and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  2. A creative eye and storytelling ability, particularly in a performance content context.
  3. A strategic mindset for both paid and organic content.
  4. Experience managing or assisting with online communities or social media engagement.
  5. Passion for socially conscious business, sustainability, and innovation.
  6. Collaborative spirit and confidence in client-facing situations.
