PAID MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a talented and analytical Paid Media Manager who can support our company in this really exciting time of growth and change. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience in eCommerce and paid media, with the ability to build, segment and analyse ad campaigns for multiple clients in the eCommerce space.

The successful candidate will be given additional training to execute campaigns on behalf of a range of eCommerce clients in the UK, US and Australia. We work as strategic partners with our clients with passion and integrity, whilst delivering outstanding return on investment through an intelligent, strategic approach.

 

We’re experienced Performance marketers, who are very results driven. We are looking to grow our paid division and the role offers a great deal of scope for personal and professional development, with progression towards more senior roles.

Role Specifications

This role will see you supporting the agency’s integrated approach to PPC, Programmatic and/or Paid Social, supporting a forward-thinking, holistic, seamless and future-facing offer. Managing the team and clients’ actions to ensure the agency is at the cutting edge of paid media campaign planning, strategy and execution.

  • Performance management for your clients
  • Executing campaigns for paid media.
  • Develop the paid media plans in accordance with the product and strategy focus.
  • Develop client briefs for performance creative to be sent to our designer.
  • Use product and audience insight to segment and build datasets for each campaign.
  • Maintain effective internal and external communications to ensure that all relevant departments are up to date on activity, deadlines and outputs from the agency.
  • Deploy successful performance campaigns and own their implementation and execution.
  • Measure and report on the performance of performance campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and suggest adjustments to campaigns accordingly.
