We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Designer who can support our company in this exciting time of change. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge and experience in eCommerce and paid media, with the ability to design and analyse assets based on performance.

As a Digital Designer your primary focus will be on designing captivating and high-performing digital assets, including social media graphics, landing pages, display ads, email templates, website design and other marketing collateral, in alignment with the client’s brand guidelines and performance objectives. Your designs will be critical in improving brand performance and driving successful marketing campaigns.

Role Specifications

  1. Design and develop visually appealing and effective digital assets, including display ads, social media graphics, landing pages, email templates, website design and other marketing collateral, in alignment with the client’s brand guidelines and performance objectives.
  2. Collaborate with channel and account leads to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience for email and paid social ad campaigns.
  3. Create visually appealing and effective designs for email templates, paid social ads and other marketing collateral, considering brand guidelines, performance goals, and best practices for each platform.
  4. Proactively gather design references, create mood boards, and develop storyboards to effectively communicate creative ideas to internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  5. Develop engaging and conversion-driven designs that effectively communicate key messages, drive action, and optimise campaign performance.
  6. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, best practices, and platform-specific requirements for email and paid social ads, ensuring innovative and effective design solutions.
  7. Work closely with media buyers and account leads to ensure visual and textual elements work together harmoniously to deliver a cohesive message and maximise campaign impact.
  8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively to meet project goals and timelines.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and account managers, to ensure seamless execution and integration of designs into email, paid social and other marketing campaigns.
  10. Maintain brand consistency across visual touchpoints, ensuring that design elements and assets adhere to clients’ brand guidelines and identity.
  11. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to other creatives within the agency.
